materials for making batteries
1. Positive electrode: The positive electrode ring is made of electrolytic manganese dioxide, graphite and carbon black in close contact with the outer casing. The outer casing is a nickel-plated steel shell with a positive electrode cap, which doubles as a positive electrode current collector;
2. Negative electrode: a paste made of powdered zinc particles, located in the middle of the lithium battery, with a brass current collector inserted in it, and the current collector is connected to the bottom of the negative electrode;
3. Electrolyte: It is a paste KOH electrolyte, mixed with the negative electrode to make a paste;
4. Diaphragm and sealing ring: Inside the battery, the positive and negative electrodes are separated by a diaphragm, and the steel shell is separated from the outside by a nylon or polypropylene sealing ring.
